Dog Sitting Services Release and Waiver of Liability

1. Acceptance of Risk The client acknowledges that owning, caring for, and handling dogs involve potential risks of injury to people and other animals. By using Katelyn's Dog Sitting Services, the client willingly assumes all risks associated with these activities.
2. Health and Vaccinations The client confirms that their pet is in good health and has received all necessary vaccinations as required by law. The client agrees to provide proof of vaccinations upon request.
3. Emergency Medical Care In the event of an emergency, Katelyn's Dog Sitting Services has the right to seek medical treatment for the pet at the client's expense. The client agrees to reimburse Katelyn's Dog Sitting Services for any expenses incurred in seeking emergency medical care for their pet.
4. Damage and Injuries The client agrees to be solely responsible for any harm, damage, or injury caused by their pet while under the care of Katelyn's Dog Sitting Services. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Katelyn's Dog Sitting Services from any claims arising from such harm, damage, or injury.
5. Cancellation Policy The client agrees to adhere to the cancellation policy set forth by Katelyn's Dog Sitting Services. Any cancellations made less than [specify the time frame, e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of [specify the amount or percentage of the service fee.
6. Photo and Video Release The client grants Katelyn's Dog Sitting Services the right to take photos and videos of their pet for use in promotional materials, including but not limited to, website content and social media platforms. The client waives any right to compensation for the use of such media.
7. Limitation of Liability The client agrees that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Katelyn's Dog Sitting Services and its agents, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including attorney fees), or injuries to persons or properties arising out of or connected with the services provided. Under no circumstances shall Katelyn's Dog Sitting Services be held accountable for any incident that occurs during the provision of services.
8. Agreement By checking this box, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this release and waiver of liability. The client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this agreement before using Katelyn's Dog Sitting Services. .
